This week I’m in the room with Zack Eswine. Zack is the lead pastor of Riverside Church in Webster Groves, Missouri, and the author of a new book called, “The Imperfect Pastor: Discovering Joy in Our Limitations through a Daily Apprenticeship with Jesus.”  

In my conversation with Zack, we discuss how we should define biblical ministry success, some of the dangerous drivers common in ministry leaders, and some healthy rhythms in the lives of pastors.
